Caterpillar introduced in the suburbs of new excavators 7th generation 300-series

Innovative excavator is the seventh generation Cat GC, Cat 320, Cat 323, and belong to the most popular category earth-moving machinery 20-ton class. The new technique provides increased efficiency for the operator, reducing fuel costs and maintenance.

Excavator Cat 320 GC designed for applications with low and medium intensity of use. Cat 320GC ensures minimal cost of ownership and operation.

Model Cat 320 is designed for operation with high intensity. Unique in the industry used technology increase the efficiency of the operator and ensure minimal cost of operations.

Cat 323-the most powerful and productive in the line machine. Combined with unique technologies, it delivers maximum performance and efficiency. 

First of all, catches the eye are the three values that characterize the new range of excavators: up to 45% increase in the efficiency of the operator; up to 25% reduction in fuel consumption; up to 15% reduction in operating costs.

New Cat excavator 320 and 323 as standard equipped with unique technologies.

Control system for surface profile 2D (Cat Grade Control) provides increased efficiency of the operator to 45%. The monitor displays bucket position relative to the target marks of the digging depth and the angle of slope of the trench or ditch.

Reliable and durable Cat engines with capacity of from 146 to 159 HP fully meet the conditions for which it was designed.  Excavators the new generation consumes up to 25% less fuel compared to previous models. New Adaptive mode automatically controls the engine and hydraulic system, optimizing fuel consumption.

Innovative GC 320 Cat excavator, 320 and 323 installed a new cooling system with the use of the individual fans with an electric drive for each circuit, which ensures minimal loss of engine performance and reduced fuel consumption.

Advanced electro-hydraulic system that eliminates the pilot line, provides a minimum response time and reduces losses in the hydraulic circuit. The decrease in the volume of the hydraulic circuit by 20% leads to a decrease in operating costs.

Extended service change intervals hydraulic and air filters, no pilot lines and pilot filter and also reducing the volume of the hydraulic circuit by 20% reduce operating costs to 15%. 

Check engine oil level and coolant, and service water separator fuel filter and the fuel tank is performed from ground level - no need to stand on the platform of the excavator for performing daily maintenance.

The new cabin design provides additional comfort of the excavator.

Standard in all cabins new Cat excavator includes the following options: engine start button; touch LCD monitor with a diagonal of 203 mm; the roll-over protection in accordance with safety standard ROPS; joysticks with programmable buttons, and the speed of response of the hydraulic system.

Changed the design of the mounting of the cab reduces vibration up to 50% compared to previous models. All this ensures safe operation in a comfortable environment.

The cabin is supplied in three models "Comfort", "Deluxe" and "Premium", characterized by increased glass area, which improves visibility for the operator. The function of the circular review displays on the monitor images from multiple cameras installed on the machine. Automatic climate control maintains optimal temperature inside the cabin, regardless of environmental conditions. Built-in radio with Bluetooth function  and USB ports to connect the phone charger, provide additional comfort for the operator. Hinged control panel models in the "Deluxe" and "Premium" provides the convenience of entry and exit from the cab. On the display the operator sees the data they provide built-in Cat 320 and 323 of the electronic system: basic 2D control system for depth and slope, "Assistant bias", "Barrier" and others. Next displays the video from the camera. The operator receives audio signals, which simplifies the operation.

Control panel has fewer buttons, and the navigation system menu can be done on the touch screen and using the convenient rotary switch.
