TEKHINKOM celebrated 25th anniversary

Its quarter-century anniversary one of the largest reputable Russian holdings on sale service of commercial vehicles and passenger cars – JSC "MRO TEKHINKOM" met on 472-th position in RBC rating's Top-500 Russian companies.

The company "TEKHINKOM" started working in the auto business in 1992 and then came on a leading dealers of passenger motor vehicles (segment B₂C), commercial vehicles (B₂B), including its production for state needs (B₂G), and also various types of specialized machinery including road construction and utilities.

The company is a partner of more than 40 automotive manufacturers, including such famous as: JSC AVTOVAZ, JSC KAMAZ, OOO "Russian Buses", OAO UAZ, ISUZU, DY Corporation, St. Petersburg plant "Autohydraulic", Arzamas communal machine building plant "KOMMASH", ryazhskiy car repair plant. Interestingly, the "TEKHINKOM" is the top ten dealers from each of these manufacturers. In addition, the company in the face of "PC TEKHINKOM-CENTER", "DST TEKHINKOM CM" (Ekaterinburg) and"PSTS-TEKHINKOM" (Tver) is engaged in the manufacture and implementation of equipment at different chassis and also design and the production of cars for the combat fires emergencies under own brand (over 50 models). Delivery and sells a wide range of spare parts and the sale of attachments and additional equipment. In addition, the company sells automotive and special equipment in leasing and credit, and also is engaged in delivery of equipment in any point of Russia.

Over the years of its development, the company has achieved fast and quality provision of the full range of services associated with the purchase of car and his further service. In the company employs highly qualified staff with wide experience in sales and service of motor vehicles. In mid-2017 years was restructured "MRO TEKHINKOM" to improve the system of management, optimization of business processes and granting commercial autonomy to divisions, while maintaining a unified corporate system of control and management of the holding. So each type of equipment received the Department of TEKHINKOM-commercial vehicles (trucks), TEKHINKOM-Express (buses), TEKHINKOM-Spetstekh (spetsavtotekhnika), TEKHINKOM-Center (manufacturing) TEKHINKOM-Auto (passenger cars, there is a 2011).

The Department of TEKHINKOM-Komtrans sells commercial vehicles in 81 region of Russia – 17 780 clients, that employs only 290 people. For 10 years delivered to customers in excess of 33 000 units of machinery (brands GAZ, Ural, KAMAZ, UAZ, Isuzu), i.e. an average of approximately 300 units in a month. The annual turnover of the division increased from ₽5.5 billion in 2008 to ₽11.5 billion in 2017. In the Department has 2 certified dealership in Podolsk and St. Petersburg. So, Podolsky DTS "TSK TEKHINKOM" includes more than 2,000 m² spaces, 10 truck positions, body and paint shop, and St. Petersburg DTS "TEKHINKOM-PETER" is the largest service center of the northwestern Federal district with an area of 37 000 m², with 36 cargo posts.

An important stage in the history of Techinkom was the conclusion of the June 1, 2016 year distribution agreement with Korean company DONGYANG Corporation at the wide range of crane-manipulator units (CMU) of this brand on different chassis.

As a distributor of TEKHINKOM will represent CMU South Korean manufacturer DY (DONGYANG) on different chassis the whole territory of Russia through a network of 30 dealers from St. Petersburg to Vladivostok. Cranes DY known on the market for its durability and great lifting power and take the Russian market 11% of new rope of the Cabinet. In addition to the sale of this equipment TEKHINKOM took a whole range of related services, including servicing and supply of spare parts. On today, customers are delivered over 200 installations of the Cabinet.

At CTT-2017 company TEKHINKOM, along with DY Corporation, presented on its stand a new crane-manipulator DY SS1956T with 18 load moment t·m, mounted on the new chassis KAMAZ-65207. So, rope CMU is able to lift 400 kg at maximum reach on 19th 7400 kg with minimum radius of 2 m. The exhibited piece was purchased directly during the exhibition STT 2017.

Another exhibit was a self-propelled boom lift PSS-131.22 e (58) is mounted on the chassis Hyundai HD78 VT to own production of "PSTS-TEKHINKOM". Lifting the installation of 58-TV is a 5-section boom with a platform capacity of 250 kg working height bassinet – 22 m. the rotation Angle of the cradle is 180°. The company continues to further localization of production, what mentioned in the anniversary of the holding.

However, the most striking innovation of the company TEKHINKOM on STT-2017 became the caterpillar tractor special (TGS). Design documentation for TGS developed in-house, the case is made of the new material, the chassis is equipped with new units and nodes. On has been issued a certificate of compliance. Another promising area units TEKHINKOM-Spetstekh considers the development of special equipment for the needs of defense of the Russian Federation, in particular such unusual techniques as armored bulldozers. A sample of the bulldozer 12-class model ТМ10ГСТ12 for road construction cabin booked for protection class BD-5 development of a SP "DST TEKHINKOM CM" was shown at the exhibition "Army-2017". The glass on the bulldozer is specially designed for better protection and visibility. At the transportation of a bulldozer you can use the standard trawl with 6-positional blade, power folding working width 3450 mm up to transport dimensions 2500 mm. This improvement greatly facilitates the rapid transport of a bulldozer between the sections of the work without removing attachments.

Passenger Department of TEKHINKOM-AUTO recently celebrated its 6th anniversary and leading, for example, sales of LADA cars in Russia is not less than 37% of the capital market, this national brand. In addition, the division implements the brands UAZ, Chevrolet Niva, Hyundai and SsangYong in 6 showrooms, which employs more than 460 people.
