In the beginning of 2020 operational amendments to the road traffic rules, according to which drivers (not only professional – ed.) trucks and buses will be prohibited to be driving more than nine hours a day and every four hours and a half will need to stay for a vacation. The website of the Russian government reports that Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed amendments to the road traffic regulation (government decision of December 20, 2019 No. 1733). Tachographs (electronic ed.) compulsory from 1 November 2019 on all buses and trucks irrespective of form of ownership. The Ministry of transport approved October 15, the corresponding order №339 on the procedure equipment test equipment vehicles belonging to individuals. In any case, rigidly imposed inflexible rules rather resemble "health and safety", but really more stir up social tensions and exacerbate the economic problems in the whole transport industry, etc..
