The industry agricultural machinery in Russia to develop through costimulatory renewal and export

Analytical Agency PwC according to the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation stated that the implementation of agricultural machinery in Russia in 2017 showed a small decrease relative to last year 2%. Accordingly, the implementation of the tractors (34% of the market) decreased by 2%, sales of combine harvesters (16% of the market) – on 1%, sales of forage harvesters (3% of the market) – on 3%.

In 2018, PwC predicts growth in the market is not less than to 9% to 36.8 thousand units.

As in recent years the fleet of agricultural machinery in Russia was reduced, on the background of the increasing shortage of equipment and constant growth so high in middle age (so, according to the Ministry of agriculture of Russia, the average age of tractors has already exceeded 25 years), the government finally undertook a series of measures for improvement of industry.

For example, in 2017 was adopted the "Strategy of development of agricultural mechanical engineering of Russia for the period up to 2030". In the main directions of the Strategy was recognized as the vector of accelerated renewal of equipment, and also development of export sales.

The importance of the export trend is confirmed by the fact that in 2017 is also has been adopted the "Strategy of export development in the sector of agricultural engineering at the period
up to 2025".

Currently in the main measures of state support subsidies are confirmed by the manufacturers, including the development of exports, payment of the recycling fee and research and development funding.
