Manitou group – a world leader in the production of off-road loading equipment, took part in the international exhibition INTERMAT 2018 on technologies for the construction industry. At the exhibition INTERMAT exhibited model MC 25 in the version of the buggy with the wheel formula 4x4 and whose maximum height is equal to 3.70 m (the height of the mast can reach 5,50 m), and the turning radius is 3.40 m. Compact size (model height is below 2 m) is an advantage in the conduct of loading operations in confined spaces. The truck easily passes through doorways and allows for loading and unloading in the basement. Thanks to its versatility and ease of use MC 25 is adapted for any purposes: execution of stone works, buildings structures, works on the skin of buildings and to perform various tasks in the field of event marketing. In addition, the model features a panoramic roof, which greatly improves visibility when you run operator to work at height.

Innovative attachments

  In collaboration with his design office in Castelfranco (Italy), the Manitou Group has released a new winch Variowinch. This innovative work tools includes patented hydraulic motor, which allows to significantly increase the maximum displacement speed of the hook when lifting small loads (speed increases three times when downloading and doubled when unloading), while maintaining normal speed with a maximum load of up to 7.2 T. the System Variowinch does not require any intervention to increase productivity that enables to reduce noise and fuel consumption. First, the winch will be available on 3255 and 2470, then the Manitou Group is planning to implement it for the entire line of rotary telescopic handlers MRT.
