The German company BPW launched the production of axes in Khimki

Well-known German company BPW has opened its first Russian production line of axles for trailers at the plant in Khimki, Moscow region. The volume of investments in this production, according to the company's management, amounted to more than EUR 5 million. It should be noted that the BPW for a number of years, specifically embodies the plan of localization of production in Russia. First of all, it includes a full range of Assembly axes, namely welding, painting, Assembly of the wheel system and suspension setup.
the Availability of Assembly and production lines allows the German manufacturer to offer its customers components and assemblies with the mark made in Russia.
Every day, more than 40 complete axis modules from the factory BPV-OST travel to domestic customers.
With the modern lines of the full cycle BPW in 2018 certifies its own production, and systematically at a high organizational level implements the requirements of the measures approved by the government.
We can not say that the company in Khimki has been successfully implemented progressive methodology FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), analysis of species, effects and criticality of failure.
Already this year production will be certified according to standard GOST R ISO 9001-2015 identical to the international standard ISO 9001:2015 the "quality management System". To obtain the certificate of ISO 9001 in BPV-OST is currently implemented quality management system corresponding to this certificate.
