During an informal conversation with journalists the General Director of the company "Ekomteh" Grigory Belotserkovsky told the story of the enterprise.
Production began in Dubna in 1991. First production was not comparable with today. It was a small shop, where all the manufacturing operations around the collected cars were held in cramped conditions.
And yet this does not prevent to produce quality trucks with a unique design. Gregory M. has personally dedicated a lot of time engineering developments. Engineering thought on "Ekomteh" occupies a key position. It is important to take into account all the nuances of operation of a garbage truck that then he has served to the consumer.
Now in the asset specialists "Ekomteh" more than fifty developments of garbage trucks of various designs, combined machines for cleaning and maintenance of roads, sweepers-sweepers, equipment for sewage treatment and equipment for sorting solid waste.
Today "Ekomteh" is a modern design office, equipped with powerful computers, allowing not only to accelerate the development of new machines, but also to a new quality of design work. Specialists of the company – young engineers who have mastered new methods of design and become real professionals.
The new factory in Dubna in December 2018, creating 18 full jobs in the region. Full-featured enterprise includes assembling and welding shops. All necessary equipment is functioning and allows you to produce a dozen pieces of equipment on a monthly basis. The company plans to increase annual production to 150 cars. The staff is quite small, but it is specially selected and highly qualified personnel that support their work and a responsible approach to production processes.
Special attention to "Ekomteh" is paid to the quality and reliability. Metal structures are welded from steel 09G2S, use of imported hydraulic equipment and chrome pipe for high pressure hoses.

"In 2014, we became a fully independent manufacturer. Modern range of trucks includes 8-, 13-, 16 - and 20-boiler model rear loading two - and three-axle Russian and imported brands of chassis KAMAZ, MAZ and Hino. It is planned to master the production of garbage trucks with side loading and bankurawase.
On trucks manufactured "Ekomteh", applied by a patented guide and there are no slots in the side walls of the rear wall, which eliminates spillage and clogging of the slits, unlike the similar technique of competitors. All components of the truck are shot blasted surface treatment before painting, which ensures the durability of the coating.

Garbage trucks are equipped with hydraulic valves WALVOIL (Italy) and OMFB pumps (Italy). There is a possibility of retrofitting a gantry mechanism without changing design.
The kinematics of capture allows you to take containers with a capacity of 80 liters. Proximity sensors BALLUFF(Germany), installed on the outside of the rear wall, which eliminates their contact with the waste (high reliability). On trucks mounted automatic Berlanga type (on controller), however, with the American processor, ensuring operation even in high temperature and high humidity. Remote automation to unload the ejector plate and lift tailgate is located in the cockpit.
Plant employees showed journalists the work of the garbage truck MKZ-50-18 on chassis KAMAZ-65115 ordered one of the clients "TEKHINKOM-Komtrans".
My feeling – the machine works surprisingly quickly and quietly. The truck easily handles the unloading of containers of different types.
