Moscow will buy in 2018 300 buses

In 2018, the city transit authority will spend on the buses 32 billion.

In 2018, the sue "Mosgortrans" will purchase the amount of 32 billion three hundred electric buses and charging stations 98. Will be held three auctions for the supply of every hundred machines. Moreover, set will not just electric buses, but also a whole package of services, including charging stations and the contract for a 15-year warranty service (so-called "lifetime"), involving the maintenance of the rolling stock manufacturer for its entire life cycle.

In the future up to 2021 will be to annually purchase also 300 buses, and refuse to buy conventional diesel buses (currently cars with engines of the ecological class Euro-5).

On the terms of the contest the bus will need to accommodate at least 85 passengers, positioning of the Autonomous reserve of at least 40 km to be equipped to transport people with limited mobility (ramp and space for wheelchair users), have climate control and a USB socket for charging gadgets. This is not enough, one of the main conditions – the Assembly of the bus should be localized in Russia.

All these conditions is consistent with only machines of the second generation NefAZ-6282 (Group KAMAZ) and LiAZ-6274 (GAZ Group – "Russian buses") and "Sitaram-12E" from VolgaBus.
