Food trucks the GAS will show on the 2018 world Cup "the Gastronomic map of Russia"

 Innovative mobile festival of Russian cuisine "Gastronomic map of Russia" will unite the cities participating in the world Cup. The project will involve 11 food trucks on chassis of "GAZel NEXT", which will be issued in the form of 11 regional restaurants and will participate in the gastronomic festival during the 2018 world Cup.
Food trucks are applied for light commercial vehicles "GAZelle NEXT", which from the 14th to 15th of July, in the framework of the world Championship on football will make the trip on regions of Russia and will hold in the cities-organizers of the gastronomic festival. Each of these mobile restaurants serving regional cuisine based on 11 food trucks of "GAZel NEXT" will get its own name: "Moscow", "Saint Petersburg", "Saransk", "Samara", "Nizhniy Novgorod", "Yekaterinburg", "Kaliningrad", "Kazan", "Volgograd", "Sochi", "Rostov-on-don". Of course, that each of them will differ of their own nature, individuality and regional identity.
To present regional cuisine, the festival will be the team of contemporary chefs, restaurateurs and Russian food producers from 11 regions-the organizers of the world Cup.

A series of food trucks "GAZelle NEXT" includes four basic modifying vehicles for retail and street fast food. On their basis it is possible to create more than 1000 specifications under the specific orders of business.

The amount of space a truck or mobile shop is up to 16 m3, the battery life on the batteries is up to 8 hours tank capacity clean water – 100 litres, which is enough for 8 hours of work.

Deputy Minister of industry and trade of the Russian Federation state Secretary Viktor Yevtukhov said: "This project will not only boost the development of culinary tourism, but also to provide useful experience of mobile food outlets in the regions. Mobile Commerce is a promising market segment, but now it is not regulated by Federal law. The Ministry of industry and trade submitted to the Government of the Russian Federation the bill which proposes to adopt a simplified procedure for the operation of mobile commercial facilities. In the case of the bill over three to five years by the automotive valuation can be realized 50 thousand trucks for use as auto shops, cafe and food trucks. Accordingly, the increase in production can be up to 10% per year, the value of which for the industry cannot be overstated. Russian producers are ready to release a modern utilitarian vehicles for mobile trading. And, of course, GAS is one of the leaders in creating such equipment. In addition, total private investments in mobile trade and service infrastructure will be at least ₽220 billion will be created about 250 thousand new jobs.
