Vehicles are operated with maximum load and perform transportation across Russia, from St. Petersburg to Vladivostok. Currently, the mileage of each car have already exceeded 1 000 000 km.

New tractor 2663 LS Actros designed for transportation of heavy and oversized equipment ОМ473 equipped with an engine with a working volume of 15 569 cm3, the developmental capacity of 625 HP and ΜM=3000 nm at 1100 min–1, which allows to bring the operation of the truck to high performance parameters. Equipped with a diesel injection system X-Pulse creates a working injection pressure of 2700 bar. It gives provides good atomization and efficient combustion in the cylinder, which reduces fuel consumption by up to 7% compared with the previous generation of engines.

Additional fuel efficiency is achieved at the expense of control systems pressure and temperature of tires, use of turbocompound and aerodynamic body kit cockpit fairing. Monitoring system tire pressure (TPMS) helps to save up to 2 % of the fuel, as the reduction in tire pressure even by 1 bar below the optimum, increases fuel consumption by 5%.
In turn, a new generation transmission Mercedes PowerShift 3 with improved algorithm shift saves up to 3% (compared with Mercedes PowerShift 2) and became standard equipment on all trucks MB.

Retarder in combination with a highly effective motor brake ensures a smooth and stable braking force with power up to 800 kW, equivalent to the 1088 HP, as well as stable behavior of the truck on the roads, including mountain trails with significant elevation changes. The retarder allows to increase the service life of brake pads and discs, which helps to save on spare parts and repairs.
