a plant for the Assembly of heavy trucks was developed and operates in full compliance with the principles of the production system of MAN. The plant employs 750 professionals representing a motivated, purposeful (and it is visible in each shot) and a qualified team, on a daily basis not only produces quality products but also improving their skills and motivation (for example, every day after the change should be a 30 minute briefing with a discussion of what happened during the day of events and decisions for elimination of defects or failures).

Specialization of the Krakow plant, MAN – only the Assembly of imported components
Range of products of the enterprise covers a wide variety of heavy truck series TGS and TGX with gross weight of over 16 tons (photo on the splash screen). Two-, three - and four-axle trucks of various configurations, such as tractors for semi-trailers, trucks and all-wheel drive tipper chassis coming from the factory in Niepołomice, known throughout Europe, in Russia and the CIS, and even in Asia and Africa.

Krakow enterprise is only an Assembly plant. All components, e.g., axis (managed and leading), engines and cabs supplied by other plants of the Corporation MAN or from external suppliers (some of which are local, but they generally produce less significant components).

Enterprise in Niepolomice holds and high environmental bar, with all responsibility to the society, approaching this issue and speaking at the same time one of the largest and most exemplary employers in the region. Great importance to the plant's management attaches to environmental protection: this is one of the few Polish companies with the system of environmental management certified in accordance with high standards of EMAS and OHSAS 18001:2007 certificate.

In 2018, the plant has produced more than 20 000 trucks and 3 December 2018, rolled off the truck with a serial number 120 000. They became the chassis MAN TGS 33.460 6×6 BB, heavy fire rescue vehicle. These results the company achieved, working in two shifts (possible with three-shift factory job, and then the performance can be greatly increased even without the construction of additional Assembly plants).
 
The noise in the shop is one of the lowest among similar productions
In November last year production site in Niepolomice received the prestigious title of "Factory of the year", taking first place in the category "excellent production," and in early December, the plant also won the national competition of the State Inspectorate of labor "Employer –the organizer of safe work" (I must say the organization of work are so clear that the workers even do without safety helmets, although these in the shop and was present at one of the posts).
