Hyundai launches autumn in Russia a new srednetonnazhnye mighty

Three new Korean srednetonnazhnye series Mighty gather in Kaliningrad

In the fall of 2019 lineup of Hyundai trucks in Russia will expand to a more modern and economical series of Mighty (mighty), so from September will go on sale for model EX9 full weight of 8.5 tons, and from November – EX6 and EX8 full weight of 6.5 and 7.8 t, respectively. New universal Mighty trucks feature enhanced design and a more modern exterior than the usual best – selling segment- HD78. In the maximum configuration are available informative instrument panel with onboard computer, cruise control, driver seat, heated, side mirrors with electric and heating, air conditioning and audio system.

Space in the cab for the driver and passengers increased to the feet by 68 mm, the range of seat adjustment – 55 mm, adjustable steering wheel tilt and reach is 76 and 65 mm, respectively. Space for storage compared to HD78 has increased by 45% – 43.4 per liter against the previous 29,8 L. Improved design of the clutch, double rubber seal doors and an improved engine mounts helped to reduce noise and vibration in the cabin to the lowest value among all the peers in this segment. Cooling and heating air-conditioning system also became one of the best among trucks in this class.
New trucks features and a high level of security. Thus, the maximum capacity chassis new Mighty is 5.7 tons compared to HD78 frame width increased and is 860 mm front and rear from Mighty EX8/EX9; 860 mm 753 mm front and rear – from EX6. This provides improved handling and also expands the range of add-ons that can be installed on the four types of wheel bases, so the length of the add-ons can vary from 2900 to 6200 mm.

During the current year Avtotor will launch a wide range of Mighty with special add-ons. In the near future the chassis will begin to match the side platforms, manufactured goods and isothermal vans with maximum capacity up to 27 m³ (or 12 pallets).
