According to Russian Automotive Market Research (RAMR), the Park of trucks in Russia by 1 July 2019 has reached 3 million 496 thousand
Interestingly, almost every fourth truck in the country, and it 841,1 thousand, or 24%, are equipped with a tipping platform, ie is the most popular type of add-in. In second place with 18% are tractors, and the third – side or curtain-sided trucks. Thus, the current Park of Russia can be considered quite specialised (by the way, in the days of the USSR specialists of auto transport companies wanted to share the side of trucks does not exceed at least 30%, and now it is actually half below – ed.).
The most prevalent trucks received in the Altai region, where they account for 36% of the truck fleet. More than 35% in the freight yard trucks are also in the Republics of Kabardino-Balkaria, Chechnya and Mordovia and the Amur region.

The lion's share of trucks was 78.7% are Russian brands. In second place Belarus from 6.9%, while the third is still China with 5.4% (and this is in fact a minimal marketing and advertising costs, as well as the complete absence now of localization in Russia – ed.).

Swedish and German brands, despite the much more marketing and advertising work as well as the localization of production in Russia is only 2.5 and 1.9%, respectively, in the Russian Park of trucks.
