In the second half of 2018, the company plans to start CKD Assembly of trucks HD35City/35, and to update some of the model: to offer to the market modification HD78 with an average wheelbase and HD120 Euro 5 long wheelbase. In addition, the company intends to expand the model range of Hyundai equipment in Russia. So, in the segment of light trucks will be a new model – the Mighty (QT series) with the engine Euro-5". 

By the way, there was a report that Hyundai Truck & Bus has facilities for production of 300 thousand commercial vehicles per year and exports its machines in 110 countries through 120 distributors. On the world market today, the share of medium-duty series Hyundai HD65–120 accounts for 46% of sales, light-duty HD35–45 – 23%, the share of buses is 14%, the proportion of heavy equipment HD180–370 – 12% and 5% share of a new series H350 LCV – 5%. Sales by market are distributed as follows: 34% of machinery is being implemented in South Korea and another 29 percent in China, 13% in South-East Asia, 10% middle East and 7% in Europe (including Russia) and Latin America. In the strategic plans of the company include the growth of exports to 300 thousand by 2025.
 
The representatives of LLC "Hande the Truck and bus Rus", which today is the first and only regional representative office of Hyundai Motor Company with the function of the importer, told about the features of the new trucks HD35 City, HD78 and HD120 with engines of the ecological standard Euro-5 and also presented the results of the activities of the company in January-August of 2018 and plans in Russia to 2019.

So, currently, Hyundai Truck and Bus Rus is represented in 31 cities of Russia, where there are 50 dealer centers of the company, and, on the territory of the Russian Federation are 97% of the spare parts.
The company's production capacity at the plant "AVTOTOR", where division of "HELLAS MOTOR" models are available HD35City, HD35, HD65, HD78 and HD120, equipped with a wide range of universal and special add-ins make up about 10 to 13 thousand cars a year.

Model HD78 today refers to the most popular in Russia in the segment of trucks cars with GVW of 7.5 t Version 2018 equipped with a new engine producing 170 HP (+21% compared to the previous model) with a torque of 608 N·m (+63%). In 2018, all produced at the plant "AVTOTOR" HD78 cabin are painted according to the technology of passenger cars with tisfaction, primer and paint coating that provides better protection against corrosion.

As adaptation to Russian operation conditions on models HD78 and HD120 applied two fuel filters: the main and heated at the engine and the pre-filter and heated on the frame. This provides additional protection for the nozzle Assembly from low-quality fuel.

Impressions from the test drive:
HD35 City is a compact nimble distribution truck, it meets its purpose. The most precise and comfortable shifting. in the presented series HD (6-speed gearbox, by the way, own production). Excellent visibility (including by not speaking for the dimensions of the cab body) allowed to drive close to the cones on the ground maneuvering. Dynamics is quite decent as on the rise (actually, the "button fast and furious" and is not required), and low noise in the cabin at the level of advanced world standards. Excellent stability in turns and cornering.

HD78 – comfortable fit in the cockpit, excellent visibility, maneuverability is not inferior to the smaller 35-mu "brother". A little confused only absence of the Parking air brake, instead of the usual lever ratchet" mechanical brakes, but the efficiency of Pneumatics is not inferior, but easier to maintain. Overall, it became clear that Russian drivers are so fond of this model Hyundai. In the cabin much more spacious than the smaller brethren, but the silence is practically the same that can be attributed to one of the main advantages of this model in particular, and the HD series in General.
