"Gazpromneft-SM" developed oil for BelAZ

The company "Gazpromneft-lubricants" developed new product for GMP equipment BelAZ

Specialized BELAZ oil G-Profi MDB Plus, developed on the basis of synthetic base oils of our own production designed for use hydromechanical transmission of career and special equipment of OJSC "BELAZ".

The creation of such oils was due to the need of the manufacturer's equipment. It enhances performance clutches* (clutch) to automatic transmission.

The resulting product passed the bench test on the basis of foreign lab - partner development. The results showed that the new oil has characteristics which enhance the coefficient of friction of the friction discs to reduce the time of inclusion of friction clutches and reduce the wear of the friction discs. Enables more stable torque and, consequently, increase the service life of equipment, which uses a hydromechanical transmission.

At present BELAZ G-Profi Plus is a MDB bench testing in the research laboratory of OJSC "BELAZ" for determining the need for additional configuration of the hydromechanical transmission.
