Contracts GUP "Mosgortrans" for 100 electric buses for Moscow, put the GAZ Group and KAMAZ

The result of summing up two auctions for the supply of the electric bus fast charging (OC) in Moscow they have won the largest Russian manufacturers KAMAZ and GAZ Group.
Unfortunately, the buses dynamic charging (IMC) of production "Belkommunmash" in the number of winners was not. In the course of the auctions the contract was reduced as the volume of deliveries, respectively, with ₽of 10.78 billion to ₽of 6.35 billion on one contract and a long way of 10.55 billion, also up ₽6.35 billion different. So that the total project cost for purchase of buses decreased from ₽of 31.88 billion more than 40%. It was done by calculating the "coefficient optimization" following the examination of the proposals of manufacturers for the estimated cost of bus at 10%, of their service – 53%, service battery charging stations – 67%, and installation and connection of battery charging stations, in General, 94%.



The amount of physical procurement of electric buses for GUP "Mosgortrans" in 2018 reduced from 300 units of buses and 98 units of stations up to 100+100 units of buses in total for both contracts with commitment 15 years of service, and 62 units of ultrafast charging station (under standardized DC voltage to 600V), and, together with their setting (powered by trolleybusny existing traction substations of Mosgortrans).
Lithium-titanate batteries must run for at least 90 months or 450,000 km, i.e. before the repair of the bus. After the overhaul, the supplier shall supply the buses battery provided by "Mosgortrans" (i.e. by the time they might be more sovershennye).
The buses are low-floor equipped for disabled passengers and will be able to accommodate at least 85 people. Electric buses will receive the system climate control, video surveillance and satellite navigation, USB ports for charging mobile devices, free Wi-Fi and 40-inch video panel on the starboard side. This will retain the turnstiles at the first door, though validators will equip all three doors, and every 20 th car and ASEP (automated system for monitoring of passenger flows). A particular problem is the passenger compartment heating system on diesel fuel (ekostandart Euro-3), but this issue is left to the discretion of the manufacturer.


  
In addition, will be delivered ultra-fast charging station rod type with defroster and protection – replenishment of energy of the buses through raising Polupanova will take 3-6 minutes.



The appearance of the capital's buses will be designed in the same style of the Moscow transport.
The first deliveries of the buses will begin in September of this year and will be completed in autumn 2019, and the lot on third hundred of the buses will be drawn in December.
