Change of tariff CTP

Previously it was assumed that the new tariffs of compulsory insurance will begin to act on the last day of summer — August 31. Subsequently, the Central Bank announced the postponement of reforms at a later date.

The reform is intended to balance the market of compulsory insurance: according to the Central Bank, in 2017 the insurance company lost on the CTP of 15 billion rubles. However, some experts believe that the loss is not guilty of too soft scale, and growing fraud, both by unscrupulous clients and within insurers.

Automatic fine for no insurance

The increase in the cost of policies is not the only news related to insurance. It is expected that in the autumn of the camera will start automatically fining motorists for no insurance.

Earlier it was reported that in Moscow, so the system will start working since September 1. However, later it appeared that the introduction of the initiative has been postponed. The penalty will amount to 800 rubles, while it will be levied no more than once per day regardless of how many cameras have spotted the intruder.

New regulation for the granting of the sign "Disabled person"

On September 4, the sign "disabled" becomes name: to extradite him will be a competitive person with a disability, not the car. This means that the use of such a sign can be on any machine.

Appropriate signs will be able to give all the agencies of medico-social examination. The plate will be removable. It shows an individual number and information about the disabled person. The car will be possible to install such a sign only if in the cabin there is the disabled. Moreover, it needs to have an appropriate certificate.

At the same time fresh amendments by the Ministry of labour and social protection have changed the rules for obtaining the labels "disabled": if earlier it can be purchased at any automotive store and at every gas station, now they will be issued only in the institutions of medico-social examination directly to the disabled person.
