The most successful automaker of the CIS increased its exports by 1.4 times

Perhaps the most successful automaker of the CIS – JSC "BELAZ" once again this year demonstrates enviable growth in production and exports. So, shipments and exports for the first 10 months of this year increased by 1.4 times. By the way, the volume of sales of finished products in September 2018 exceeded the entire annual rate in 2017.

Naturally, the growth in exports implies growth in the volume of production (domestic market of dump trucks in the Republic of Belarus is restricted by machines with capacity from 30 to 55 t, which are used only a few mining companies, however, in their careers, the plant is testing its appliances). So, according to preliminary data for 10 months of 2018 OJSC "BELAZ" has increased the output (in current prices) over the same period last year, nearly 1.6 times. So, for 10 months of sales on the traditional Russian market grew by 31.9% and in the CIS countries – 1.8 times.
For today the company "BELAZ", one third of the world market (!) heavy-haul vehicles (not only trucks) – 893 units of world production in 2371 units for the whole of 2017, allowing Belarusian producers to take the second place after Japanese Komatsu. 
In foreign countries the Belarusian carmakers are also going well, as geography for 10 months has expanded to 28 countries. For example, in 2018, added new markets in Bangladesh and the Philippines. To meet the new stringent environmental requirements of the EU for mining equipment – Stage IV BelAZ began to establish a Swedish diesel Scania DC16 (16 l, 640 HP, XPI+EGR+SCR). These "eco-trucks" made for two decades.

And, just in October, after a 7-year hiatus resumed deliveries and in Chile, where mine was shipped a 25-ton dump truck MoAZ.

Developing steadily, and sales of 90-tonne dump trucks, so in this segment of the world market share of BelAZ for the last 5 years increased 4 times.

Interestingly, the so-called indicator of "total load" trucks in the first 10 months of 2018 increased in comparison with the similar period of last year in 1,3 times: from 83 000 tons to 110 000 tons and the average carrying capacity of the assigned truck brand "BELAZ" – from 113 tons to 120 tons.

This success to the company (mark, by the way, this year is the 70th anniversary) come by relying on high-tech production, efficient marketing services, and, of course, new designs. BELAZ builds up competence both in technology and in terms of intellectual capacity that allows it to reach the level offers unique integrated solutions for the operation of mining equipment anywhere in the world. So, for example, recently in the company of BelAZ presented the first robotic unmanned dump truck BelAZ-7513R level of autonomy "4+" (the driver is required by law for crossing public roads and railway crossings), created in collaboration with Russian firms "Figure" and VIST Robotics.
