Automotive premieres STT RUSSIA 2018 – part 1

At CTT RUSSIA 2018 has shown its new products of special equipment of domestic and foreign manufacturers

Gorky automobile plant (GAZ) exhibited the STT RUSSIA 2018 special equipment on the basis of a series of increased capacity "GAZelle NEXT WITH 4.6" (C41R92) and "Gazon NEXT 10" (C41RB3). Among them the first version of "GAZelle NEXT with 4.6" with 7-seat double row cabin (C42R92) in versions: dump truck (GAZ-SAZ-250711) with a body Saransk plant dump (6.3 m3 and 2 tons of cargo and 8 m3 and 2.1 t with a single-row cabin) with trilateral unloading and put-on sides (legs of the Italian company ItalAutoCar)



and side version with CMU Fassi Micro 90 (maximum reach of 4.7 m, lifting capacity at max. departure of 635 kg, the capacity of the machine 1.2 ton).



In addition, on the chassis of "GAZel NEXT with 4.6" was presented to the aerial truck-mounted platform Socage DA324 (working height of lifting the nacelle 20 to 24 m, boom up to 10.2 m, capacity bassinet – 250 kg), supplied by "Chaika-Service". The advantage of this model is a powerful lift on the chassis LCV is used under it's chassis MCV, which reduces the cost of AGP as a whole, while preserving all the functional advantages.



Led a range of vehicles of GAZ medium-duty truck "Lawn NEXT 10" CMU model SCS334 Korean manufacturer Soosan (departure 2,6–9.8 m, lifting capacity – 3,2-0.6 tons). The car can carry up to 4 tons of cargo (payload base chassis C41RB3 – 6.2 tonnes) extended to 2.55 m platform, accommodating up to 12 pallets. Feature enhanced Gazon NEXT has become the pneumatic suspension of the rear axle that allows both to maintain the platform height under any load or to change it in enough wide limits. The pneumatic brake system with disk mechanisms on all wheels with ABS and ASR.

Automobile plant "Ural" showed a pre-production series new Ural NEXT road series with a 6x4 road truck model C25.328 capacity of 15.8 tonnes (gross mass of 26.4 tonnes) with rear unloading, volume of 10 m3 or 12 m3. Truck is equipped with a 328-horsepower diesel engine YAMZ-53676-class Euro-5 and 9-speed gearbox ZF 9S 1515;



main tractor unit with sleeper cab (based on standard double NEXT) model T25.420 with the load on the SSU – 16,8 tonnes (total train weight up to 62 tons). Engine – YAMZ-653 (Euro 5) power 420 HP



Now under the certification of the machines of this series, and series production could begin before the end of this year.



In addition, on the chassis Ural NEXT was shown a telescopic AGP Socage T328 (supply "Chaika-Service") with a lifting height of 28 m and lifting capacity of the cradle when departing 14.7 m 400 kg. Feature of the machine is 7-seat double row cabin with 3 doors.

By the way, according to the data reported by a representative of AZ "Ural" share series "Ural NEXT" ihz is growing year to year. So, if, in 2016, it amounted to 18% in 2017 and is already 33%, and this will exceed 50%. Share hoodless series "Ural-M" is 15%.
