Continue to cover news of the International specialized exhibition of agricultural machinery AGROSALON-2018. Today we will talk about the most powerful tractors up to 150 HP 

These high power machines required for intensive processing of large farmland, primarily in crop production. It is due to the high individual power and working speed they are capable of in a fairly short time to process large fields, and also to serve as a reliable source of energy for a variety of agricultural equipment. Large width of the treated soil reduces the amount of necessary technological passages, which in turn reduces soil compaction and increases productivity.

On the "AGROSALON" such a powerful tractor introduced, first of all, the leader of the domestic agricultural machinery – Rostselmash (ROSTSELMASH brands (RSM) and the joint with the Canadians VERSATILE), also the leader in production of high-power tractors "Petersburg tractor plant" (a brand "Kirovets"). The top three domestic brands, closed Bryansk tractor plant (BTZ brand). Showed their powerful tractor and Belarusian producers in the face of MTZ (brand name "Belarus") and "Gomselmash". Foreign producers in the face of Claas, Fendt, Massey Ferguson and New Holland is represented through its Russian distributors and dealers.

Let's start with "Rostselmash" produces today more than 150 models and modifications of 24 types of equipment, deservedly won for their impressive tractors and combines largest on the "AGROSALON-2018" stand (even with the store brand apparel and fan accessories).

The most powerful of the presented RSM articulated tractors "3,000 th" series was the model "3535" with dual wheels (MOT. Cummins QSX15 with a capacity of 542 HP, ΜM=1814 N·m, automatic gearbox Caterpillar TA22 Powershift transmission with 16х4, the base weight is 15 063 kg), whose width is of 5.12 m. Load on drawbar pendulum – 4082 kg, with increased beam – 5443 kg. 

To "3000 s" series includes a more powerful 583-strong model "3575", but it is not shown, and the initial "3435" features 440-horsepower engine. 

The other end of the line tractors RSM has introduced a new model "2000" series – "2375" (Cummins QSM11, 380 HP, 1898 N·m, Inc 12h4 Quadshift transmission) and "2400" (Cummins QSM11 in the iteration 405 HP maximum operating weight of the tractor – 17 900 kg). Both models are designed for executing energy saving technology no-till and minimal-till, equipped with a hydraulic system HydraFlow® Load Sensing Closed Center System closed center, controlled reaction load. Load on drawbar pendulum – 2722 kg, with increased beam – 4082 kg. 

The model of the "2400" was equipped with a dozer blade RB-4 with a width of 4.05 m, specially designed for the "2000" series. 

The brand Versatile heavy series DeltaTrack was represented by a model 460DT with a Cummins QSX15 diesel engine producing 435 HP with automatic gearbox Powershift 16х4 HP removable rubber tracks, allowing for maximum traction with minimum soil compaction. Load on drawbar pendulum – 4082 kg, with increased beam – 5443 kg. 

Series "1000" universal cultivating tractors were models of classic layout "320" (Cummins QSC 8.3, 305 HP, 1383 N·m, automatic gearbox 16x9 PowerShift transmission, maximum weight 14 878 kg) and "340" (Cummins QSL 9.0, 340 HP, 1627 N·m, automatic gearbox PowerShift 16x9 gear maximum weight is 16 057 kg), and, model "320" saddle the rear wheels.

JSC "Petersburg tractor plant", specializing in high horsepower articulated tractors 5-8 grades capacity of over 250 HP under the brand "KIROVETS®", presented a series KIROVETS K-7, where the added word "Standard" means the vehicle tractor domestic engine and Premium – branded diesel. In addition, he was presented the "Junior" series K-4. Over the past three years, the plant has invested in the production of ₽4.0 billion, and the plans for the next three years are still ₽4.8 billion investment. 

In 2018, the tractor "KIROVETS®" an improved thermal and sound insulation on the interior and frame of the cabin, as well as laminated flooring. With the end of 2016 on the "Kirovsky factory" applies the new control system transmission with ergonomic handles control valve, new handle and throttle control. To protect the operator from the sun applied a new system of curtains on the windshield. In addition, the updated steering and implemented to prepare the tractor for the installation of precision farming TRIMBLE (hydraulic autopilot and telemetry system). Gearbox (on antivibration mountings) – automated "T5" with a new control system "COMMANDPOST® 3", which allows to operate a tractor without levers with only one joystick-shifter and a few buttons. The new cab is equipped with a pneumatically amortized seat, damping system. New hydraulic system type Load Sensing increased performance "MEGAPOLIS" (275 l/min – total flow to 140 l/min – 1 section, electric, EHR).  the Third domestic producer on "AGROSALON-2018" became Bryansk tractor plant (brand BTZ), which is more than 50 dealer centers and more than 70 service stations. At the stand of the plant were shown two models of tractors (successors of famous tractor HTZ-150K) power class 4-6 t: "243K.20" and "246К.20". First, the most powerful equipped with a diesel engine YAMZ-53645 (250 HP, Inc 12h4 gear) and the second is a diesel engine YAMZ-65655 (180 HP) 

Both the tractor operating weight 8450-8980 kg (there are "intermediate" model of BTZ-244К.20 230 HP) equipped with MKP 12h4 gear and 2-or 3-point hitch with a lifting capacity of 5000 kg. BTZ also produces caterpillar tractors models "BTZ-181-26" and "T-150-05-09-26" with a capacity of 190 and 180 HP, but at the exhibition they showed. But BTZ in partnership with a number of leasing companies ("Baltic leasing", "Element Leasing" and "inter leasing") offers advantageous financing terms on their tractors.

Belarusian MTZ tractor (brand name "Belarus") showed their high power tractors MTZ-MTZ and 3522-3525. First equipped with a diesel engine Cummins QLS8.9-C360-III Stage IIIa power 359 HP automatic transmission 36х24. Gidrolabilna the system is equipped with electro-hydraulic distributor controlled by joystick. Lifting capacity at suspension axis is 5000 kg. The tractor can be equipped with dual wheels. 

Model MTZ-3525 equipped with crawler tracks Poluzzi (installation or removal of the tractor – about 2 hours). It is equipped with a Caterpillar C9 engine with power of 364 HP, PowerShift transmission with 36х24 gear. In the MTZ range, in principle, there is a more powerful model MTZ-4522 grade 8 also with a Caterpillar diesel engine with a capacity of 431 HP, but at the exhibition it was not shown. The MTZ booth visitors could also try their hand at driving the tractor – a virtual course on the installation of the Trimble® (feels like driving on a course not less difficult than ocean-going supertanker because of the inertia of the steering wheel).

Another Belarusian manufacturer "Gomselmash" has shown quite an unusual design in the form of a mobile power unit "Palesse MS350" with greater work capacity than a conventional tractor of similar power.
MS350 power vehicle traction corresponds to 5 class and can work in the complexes and in the aggregate with other agricultural machines, performing disking, plowing, cultivation, harrowing, pre-sowing treatment of soil and crops, chisel tillage, spreading, harvesting forage crops. On the MS350 has an engine Mercedec-Benz with a capacity of 350 HP, hydraulic output – 180 l/min the Machine is equipped with electronic system of selection of parameters for display in the cockpit, by the way, the cabin is made turning 180°, which allows not to waste time reversal, and use of power vehicle in the most optimum form for each type of mounted equipment.

Brand showed two Claas tractor Axion series: model "850" class III (MOT. DPS power 233 HP, ΜM=1020 N·m, 24x24 transmission, a curb weight of 10 000 kg) load capacity front attachment device 3710 kg, and the rear – 9544 kg, and also top model "950" class VI (vol. power 405 HP, M=1650 N·m, 24x24 transmission, a curb weight of 17 000 kg) load capacity front attachment device – 5185 kg, and the rear – 11 029 kg Model 850 was shown with front and rear mounted mowers, and the model 950 with a press Podrostok. In principle, the same tractor Claas Axion versatile and suitable not only for any agricultural work, but also for industry and even MOE.

Brand Fendt was represented caterpillar model "Vario 943 MT" (MOT. AGCO Power, 431 HP, continuously variable transmission VarioDrive, the lifting capacity of rear hitch – 11 500 kg) and the wheel model of "1050" with an engine capacity of 517 HP, transmission VarioDrive, the lifting capacity of rear hitch – 12 920 kg. 

The tractor was shown a distribution company "the Forge", submitted another tractor Massey Ferguson MF8737 (MOT. AGCO Power 356 HP, 1540 N·m, the continuously variable transmission Dyana-VT with dynamic control of the BEM, operating weight 18 000 kg) – top of the line "8700" cab circular visibility, also suitable for snow removal and industrial purposes.

In addition, the same dealer introduced the T194 tractor Valtra (AGCO Power 74AWF 195 HP (BOOST mode – 210 HP, ΜM=800/870 N·m, automatic Power Shift 5 30x30 gear maximum weight is 14 500 kg). Tractor Valtra new T series can be supplied in four variants: Direct, Versu, Active and HiTech. He is equipped with a control TwinTrac reverse and increase the capacity of the PTO and Sigma Power.
