AGROSALON-2018 – universal mid-size tractor

Russian farmers will be able to operate tractors fuelled by liquefied methane

Such machines are most common in agriculture and related fields, for example, irrigation and forest industry, as well as in public utilities and auxiliary works in construction. The Russians most famous Belarusian brand MTZ (brand name "Belarus"), although the country are issued and domestic counterparts, for example the brand "Agromash" (but the manufacturer chose controis at the exhibition "Golden autumn 2018").

Restyled tractor "Belarus-82.1"

Among the mid-size tractors "Belarus" (class 1.4 t) is present, for example, the restyled "Belarus-82.1" (MOT. MMZ D-243S2 Stage II, 81 HP, 18х4 gear) with a nice sleek plastic bonnet and the system of precision farming from Trimble Agriculture including the display GFX-750, navigation controller and NAV900 system driving Autopilot™. However, the most important novelty appears to be gas tractor MTZ-1221.2 (MOT. Sinomach MT05.14-50, 140 HP, Euro 5, 16x8 transmission, hydraulic system lifting capacity at suspension axis – 4300 kg) fitted as to operate on natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG).

The volume filling of the tanks is 15 m³ in the case of CNG and 198 l in the case ciobaca LNG. The pressure in cribbage is 0.6–1,59 MPa at a temperature of -161°C. nominal flow rate of the gas fuel is 16 m³/h.

However, there are prospects of use of such attractor in Russia, in any case, the competition of Russian analogue of Agromash-85TK (however, only works on komprimovana methane), by the way, presented at the parallel exhibition "Golden autumn 2018", he can compete noticeable. However, it seems that the Belarusian tractor would cost to supply gas, first of all, your bestseller MTZ-82.1, especially in utilities (such a tractor would be in demand in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg). However, in the extensive line of DOLE a 78-strong model "Belarus-92P" with a diesel engine MMZ GD-243-1321 14-CC gas reserves, saving up to 70% of diesel fuel. However, this model MTZ at AGROSALON-2018 is not presented.
 

Tractor "Belarus-1221.2" with "Khokhloma" airbrushing

Tractor "Belarus-1221.2" (with dual tanks and a larger radiator (with modified hood design) was presented with airbrush "Khokhloma", fulfilling the task of showstopper. Airbrushing tractor made Metropolitan Studio "AirTimeStudio". Turned out quite nice, however, it is doubtful that any farmer would fork out so much fun.

New Russian-Turkish Basak tractor-2060BT

Novelty tractor General-purpose segment was new for Russia brand Basak ("ear" in Turkish), submitted by the factory "Bierkeller" from the Tver region. Tractors will assemble on the "Bierkeller" from semi-knocked down kits supplied by well-known Turkish manufacturer company Başak Tractor & Agricultural Machinery, producing since 1978 tractors under license from Steyr-Daimler-Puch fully localizing them in 1996 under its own brand Basak. Since 2012 the company is a holding company SANCO Group (in Russia, we already know his unit MST supplying wheel loaders and backhoe loaders) that have invested in tractor production $180 million, which allowed to increase production to 10 thousand tractors per year.

Now the company has embarked on an ambitious international expansion. The model of Basak-2060BT (58 HP Euro 3A, 3020 kg), and Basak-2080S (82 HP Euro 3A, 4050 kg).
