At the exhibition of agricultural machinery at Crocus Expo showed the future of the Russian agricultural industry

international specialized exhibition of agricultural machinery AGROSALON held, by the way, every two years (on even years) today was recognized by the Central industry platform to showcase the latest technical solutions in the agricultural sector. At this exhibition AGROSALON the only one in Russia, where the products of all manufacturers. So, in the exhibition Committee includes representatives from such leading companies as Amazon-evrotekhnika, CLAAS, Krone, Lemken, St. Petersburg tractor factory, Rostselmash, Rubtsovsky factory of spare parts. AGROSALON is held by professional associations of agricultural machinery manufacturers of Russia and Germany – Associations "Rosspetsmash" and VDMA Landtecknik.
In the exhibition on an area of over 70 thousand square meters is more than 800 units of modern high-tech agricultural machinery 500 companies from 28 countries.
The exhibition AGROSALON on today is the widest specialized exhibition of agricultural machinery including the whole range of equipment for work on the ground – the tractors, combines, forage and tillage equipment, seeding and loading machinery, equipment for application of fertilizers, plant protection etc.
Accordingly, various machinery on AGROSALON-2018, passing for the 10th time, with about 9 to 12 October in Crocus Expo, was presented to so many that it is appropriate to divide the review into segments. So I will start with the most hi-tech areas – unmanned tractors.

The exposition of the Show literally starts with a tractor-robot from the Russian innovative company Avrora Robotics that submitted unmanned complex "Akrobat". Test the sample robotector on the seedbed, the sowing and treatment of spacing are held in the Ryazan region. "IRobot" includes in addition to the unmanned tractor related control system. Cabin tractor operator on the sample of civilian robotics is not in principle! Traditional authorities are also not of completely useless – all systems are controlled by the onboard computer. It receives information from a set of sensors and devices, starting with ordinary digital odometer and ending with digital cameras, 2D and 3D scanners and GLONASS. Motion control and maneuvers of robotector computer performs connected to it through special drives. All electronic components, including antennas, sensors and accessories are placed under the streamlined plastic cover. Prior to robotector in the field it downloads the map-the task representing the initial algorithm for the system of Autonomous driving. In this prescribed algorithm robotracker starts in the field, and on-Board computer adjusts its work at the expense of information received from set of cameras, sensors and scanners, given the parameters of attachment, data about the environment, about the speed and direction of movement. Accordingly, on the basis of the information received and source of the job manage the machine in real time. For control, we developed a convenient graphical interfaces to effectively monitor the workflow.
Ideally, the process looks like this: a tractor with a job working in the field, and pilot-mechanic – remotely located in a comfortable environment in front of the monitor. Accordingly, and manage not one Autonomous unit, and immediately the whole fleet with a single dispatch. Frankly, the picture resembles the one shown in the picture is almost legendary 60-year-old: "it was in Penkovo", where a young hero Vyacheslav Tikhonov dreams about such a system of work organization of the future "Communist tomorrow".
Complex drone control "IRobot" is designed to overcome such problems of agriculture as an inefficient use of resources, and discipline of qualified staff.
