Agreement on the establishment in Minsk of the joint venture to produce modern heavy trucks of European class for regional and international traffic, the composition of the main founders of which are incorporated MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG (now MAN Truck & Bus AG), Minsk automobile plant and JSC JSCB "Infobank", was signed on 10 December 1997. Three months later, on 5 March 1998, there was a joint Belarusian-German company JSC "MAZ-MAN", which released its first car in late April 1998. And in October of the same year saw the commissioning of its main Assembly line with an annual capacity of up to 3 thousand cars. The German partner undertook to supply for cars SP power unit (D28), the cabin (F2000) and some other units, and the frame, axles and a number of nodes remained in Belarus. In 2005 JSC "MAZ-MAN" launched the production of front end loaders, and in 2008 became the official distributor of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge in Belarus. Since 2007, the company used the cabin MAZ due to the discontinuation of the cab MAN F2000. In the fall of 2011, MAZ-MAN has begun production of the third generation trucks with cab MAZ-5440, featuring original front fascia, and modern engines of the MAN D08 and D20 environmental classes Euro-3, Euro-4 and Euro-5. Among the new series – all-wheel drive chassis 656558 to work in the far North, as well as dump truck with single or 752539 gable busbar. The company certifies its products in accordance with Russian regulations, including promising. In 2016, Russia implemented 756 trucks (-6,3%) which, however, 594 units (nearly 4/5) of the triaxial model MAZ-6312, the release of which cooperation is conducted at the facilities of the "MAZ-MAN".

MAZ-MAN (4x2, 6x2, 6x4)
