The Japanese brand of medium and heavy duty trucks Hino Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (1999 – Hino Motors, Ltd.) appeared in 1942, when separated from TGE company (established in 1910), the founder of production of trucks in Japan. The 500 series

In the 500 series includes three models: GD GVW 12 tons, GH (17,5 t) and FM (26 m). They are all with single 2-seat cab equipped with a sleeper. The engine on all models – 6 cylinder diesel J08E-UR with a volume of 7.7 l, 260 HP, Euro-4 class. Transmission, 6-speed Hino (7-speed for FM), or to GH – 9-speed Eaton. Series 700
