Chaika-Service automobile plant
The Nizhny Novgorod company "Chaika-Service" ("Chaika-NN"), organized in 1993, specializes in the completion of serial cars and the production of all kinds of special vehicles. Among its first notable steps is the introduction to the market of elongated "Gazelles"and tow trucks on the chassis of small and medium capacity. In 2003, the production of mobile billboards was launched, and in 2006, the first camper and the first tow truck with a sliding platform were produced. In addition, Chaika-Service has gradually taken a leading position in the installation of Amco Veba and Tadano manipulator cranes on various car chassis, as well as cabine sleeping modules made of plastic. The company continues to dynamically expand its product line in the construction and utility equipment segments, especially in the segments of dump trucks, hydraulic lifts, multi-lifts and tow trucks.
For domestic and imported medium-duty trucks brands: GAZ, including extended versions of the GAZelle NEXT and Gazon NEXT series, KAMAZ, Fuso, Isuzu, Hino, Hyundai, Volvo and even Tata offer on-Board and(or) awning platforms, including from the Austrian Fuhrmann steel profile. For the GAZ and Hyundai brands, there are also cab-mounted (for 7 people) or sleeping over-roof compartments made of plastic, and GAZ medium-duty vehicles can also be equipped with metal double-row cabins. On the all-wheel drive chassis OF GAZ "Sadko", the company offers a car "Taiga" with a cabin based on "Valdai" and the original plastic plumage and a branded cab superstructure. A similar design model "Dobrynya" is offered on the basis of GAZ-3309. New in 2017 was the Ural NEXT with the same cabin, which was ahead of the factory modification, which will appear only at the end of 2017. The Chaika-Service program also includes dump trucks (including those with CMU) on the chassis of a number of popular brands: GAZ, KAMAZ, MAZ, Hino, Hyundai, Isuzu, Iveco, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi Fuso and Nissan. Since 2013, directly "Chaika-Service" collects all-wheel drive chassis Hyundai HD78 4x4, which is equipped with double cabins "Chaika-7M", auto hydraulic lifts and bodies of the series "Road master". Since 2015, an increasing share in the production of "Chaika-NN" is made up of special versions (mainly dump trucks and tow trucks) based on models of the GAZ NEXT series - "GAZel", "Gazon", including a tractor with an original semi-trailer, a promising all-wheel drive" Sadko "and"Ural". In principle, road trains can be created on the basis of any truck models with a pneumatic brake system. Among the new activities of "Chaika-Service" – creating the fundamental issue of cars, the first-born among them in the year 2015 fire truck ATS-1,0-40/4 with topcasino "Taiga" on the Lawn NEXT and in 2016, it added a larger model ATS-6,0-70 also topcasinos "Taiga" on the basis of Ural NEXT. In 2015, the company produced 501 trucks (-21.4%), and in 2016 – 519 units (+2.8%).
GAZ-A21R "GAZelle NEXT" (4x2)
Based on the "GAZelle NEXT" LCV series, the Chaika-Service company produces a number of its own versions, both with an onboard platform or van, and with a back-to-back sleeping compartment. Version 2784B0 with 3.7-(15.2 m3) or 4.2-meter (17.3 m3) industrial vans is mounted on the a21r chassis with a base, respectively, 3745 or 4245 mm and a back-mounted plastic sleeping module. Overall dimensions: 6950 (7450)x2160x3000 mm. Similar in size versions of 2784V1 differ only in the isothermal type of van.
Chaika-Service Models based on GAZ C41R13 lawn NEXT City (4x2)
The Chaika-Service company has already mastered a whole line of modifications based on a fairly fresh medium-duty Lawn truck NEXT City. Among them: truck tractor capable of working in a roadtrain with trailers model 938400 length of 7.62 mm (7,44 m) or model 938410 – 11,34 (11) m. Load on the fifth wheel of the car is to 5.1 tons, the loading capacity of the lorry convoy to 6.87 t With 4-cylinder diesel engine JAMZ-5344, developing 150 HP, agregation 5-speed manual. Suspension is fully spring-loaded, disc brakes, with ABS. An awning with a height of 2.2 m is offered, as well as a sleeping module for the tractor. In addition, we offer models with a two-person cabin sleeping compartment, where instead of two beds you can spread out a wide sofa, equipped with manufactured goods 278464 and 2874E4 and isothermal vans 278465 and 2784E5 on a chassis with a base of 4515/ 4570 mm and 5070 mm with a volume of 24 and 29 m3. The new model 27845Z on a chassis with a base of 5200/ 5500 mm and 5800 mm with van superstructures for auto repair shops with a volume of 27, 29 and 30.5 m 3 is equipped with a two-row 7-seat cabin of the "Taiga" type. The same chassis produces a three-way dump truck with a body length of 3.7 m (on a chassis with a base of 3770 mm) or 5.1 m (on a chassis with a base of 4570 mm). Load capacity, respectively, 4.37 and 4.07 tons.
Chaika-Service 4784V2 with double cabin "Chaika 7-M" (4x2/ 4x4)
The new "Chaika-Service" was an on-Board (awning) truck model 4784V2 with a double 7-seat cabin "Chaika-7M" based on the Hyundai HD-78 model, including the all-wheel drive version.
GAZ-33081 "Taiga" (4x4)
The original development of the company "Chaika-Service" in recent years was an off-road medium-duty vehicle "Taiga" on the GAZ-33081 chassis (see the article "GAZ"). Is it different cabin type "Valdai" with the original tail, and branded the outside "sleeping bag". The car is equipped with various cargo and passenger kung (manufactured by Promavto) for repair crews or other consumers. It is also possible to complete the CMU.
URAL NEXT "Taiga" (6x6)
The most recent development of the company "Chaika-Service" at the beginning of 2017 was the off-road car "Taiga" on the chassis "Ural NEXT" Ural-4320 (see the article "URAL"). It is distinguished by a proprietary glass-reinforced plastic 4-seat compartment with two separate entrance doors, made as a single unit with a main steel cabin and providing a common interior space. Internal dimensions of the compartment: 2160x2180x1900 mm. it is interesting That the upper part of the additional cabin serves as a fairing. The chassis can be equipped with various superstructures and cmus, but is primarily intended for fire trucks, since the calculations of firefighters in combat gear require a more spacious passenger compartment than for repair crews or other consumers.
Isuzu NQR90 (4x2)
Based on the chassis of the medium-duty Isuzu nqr90lh truck (see Isuzu), the Chaika-Service company produces a truck tractor that can work as part of a road train with 938400 semi-trailers with a length of 7.44 or 938410 – 11.0 m and a capacity of 10 or 16 m, respectively, of the tent body3. The load on the vehicle's hitch is up to 6.03 t, the load capacity of the road train is up to 6.87 t with a total weight of 12.34 t and 5.0 t with a total weight of 11.97 t.
