Say "no" to discrimination!
For anybody not a secret that on average women earn slightly less than men. And although in recent years the difference has shrunk somewhat (if you believe Rostruda, from 36.8 per cent in 2001 to 28.3 % in 2017), but it still remains. To continue to focus on reducing income inequality, the Minister of labour and social protection Maxim Topilin offered to remove the restrictions on the employment of women in certain spheres. Maxim Topilin said that the order will be signed in the near future.
Earlier, the Railways had proposed to abolish the General list is forbidden for women professions and to allow companies themselves to create constraints in agreement with the Union.
