Motorists face fines for the organizers — term

In Russia, for the inspection without accreditation of the operator of technical inspection will be planted. The government hopes that the threat of criminal liability will allow to restore order in this sphere. Now, the government complain about the sale of "gray" diagnostic card in which the car no one even examines. The corresponding bill submitted to the Duma, writes "Rossiyskaya Gazeta".

To improve control in the sphere of inspection, the government also proposes to introduce an electronic version of the diagnostic card. This document will be signed by the qualified electronic signature of a technical expert that it would be impossible to forge.

Another proposed measure is the introduction of mandatory photo and video inspection procedures. It is assumed that the operators have to store archives of such materials in the event of suspicion, they were able to prove that a particular car is really past the screening process.

Amendments to the act will impose one additional requirement: each base inspection will be assigned a unique bandwidth. For its calculation will be applied a special method approved by the authorized Federal body of Executive power. It is expected that this will filter out the fine points THAT write "fake" inquiries faster than they could test the cars.

Reach the legislators and to ordinary motorists. The bill is going to increase the size of the administrative penalty for those drivers who drive a vehicle with a forged card inspection.
