Russian drivers will be deprived of rights for intentional pollution of car numbers, which follows from the just adopted resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme court, in explanation of the 12th Chapter of the administrative code.
Now attempt to conceal Gosznak any material (paper, cardboard, leaves, mud, snow) will cost the driver a fine in ₽to 5000 or deprivation of the car right. In this case the inspector must prove that the offender acted deliberately.
For rooms contaminated by "naturally", i.e. snow or mud when driving in bad weather, the traffic police will be fined in the amount of ₽500.
But the movement on the machine with deleted rooms will be regarded already as driving a vehicle with fake numbers, with appropriate penalties.
