The government once again started talking stricter liability for so-called "gray" inspection. The lawmaking Commission has already given approval for the introduction of criminal liability. Really for the fake inspection can now be seated?

Fortunately, the measures being considered, as before, relate only to those who conduct the inspection, rather than private motorists. Another initiative involved the introduction of criminal liability for conducting inspection without accreditation of the operator of technical inspection.

Technical experts, which carried out the inspection in violation of the rules (in particular, put all marks "in the blind"), it is expected to impose administrative punishment in form of disqualification.

To reduce the number of violations in this sphere, the government is discussing the possibility of introducing obligatory photo and video of procedure of checkup of vehicles.

So who are threatened by criminal liability? Here's what the official statement: "Proposes to introduce criminal responsibility for inspection without accreditation of the operator of technical inspection. The introduction of this measure due to the wide practice of selling "gray" diagnostic cards without inspection of car".

Earlier, in 2018 already manalis rules of inspection. In particular, the diagnostic card will be issued to all vehicles without exception. Previously, it could only get a technically sound vehicle successfully passed all the control points. In the diagnostic map fixed all the violations. A bit tighter requirements and to the tires: if you use studded tires, then it needs to be shod all-wheel drive (previously you could set the studs on only one axle).
