The government will close loopholes in the law

In the foreseeable future requirements for bus drivers will be tightened. The state Duma in the second reading adopted a bill designed to close loopholes in the law that allowed them not to issue licenses to carry passengers on a regular basis. Details says reported.

All buses operated scheduled flights, and today are required to obtain a license. However, the General rule has two exceptions. First, when implementing a custom transport, you can do a notification. Second, in the carriage for their own use license is also not needed. It is easy to guess that these two methods are used by many unscrupulous carriers to operate scheduled flights.

If the law is adopted, all drivers of buses with a capacity of eight passengers will be obliged to obtain licenses for all kinds of transportation. Not required this is only when using special vehicles: ambulances, fire and rescue services, the police, the military, Regardie and so on.

As is usually the case, the reason for the tightening was a terrible case last year in Zabaykalsky Krai accident involving a bus, which killed 14 people and injured 34.
