Bailiffs are preparing to knock out the debts in a new way
Russian motorists and so will not live quietly, and in the foreseeable future may be another occasion on which drivers will be deprived. And it is not related to the rules of the road! Federal bailiff service (FSSP) has proposed temporarily to deprive the rights of the debtors for taxes.
About the unpleasant for debtors the initiative told the Director of the Federal bailiff service Dmitry Aristov: "we Believe it is also possible to discuss the extension of the provisional restriction of the right of control of the vehicle for recovery of tax payments and penalties imposed for the Commission of the crime".
As noted by Mr. Aristov, in 2018, the officers used this technique in 300 000 cases, and managed to recover more than 4 billion rubles. That supposedly indicates a high efficiency of such punishment.
"in General, the development of measures of indirect compulsion is a global trend. We must proactively encourage the debtor to meet its debt obligations. Therefore it is necessary to watch and, perhaps, on the basis of the analysis of the expert community and experts to develop this Institute in Russia" — added Aristov.
