The new law affects hypocrisy

Russia still has a very conventional penalty for tinted glass that does not meet the established standard: the offender is required to pay only 500 rubles. Adopted on 18 July the decree "On measures for regulating the operation of vehicles with tinted (darkened) glass" will allow from 1 August to operate vehicles with almost any tint. Restrictions are as follows: rear side Windows must have a light transmission not lower than 5 %, front side — not less than 30 %, and the windshield is allowed to strike only the upper strip of a width up to 14 cm with light transmission not less than 30 %.

While wishing to be toned will have to pay. Permission for such tinting will cost in recalculation on the Russian currency 135 000 rubles for individuals, 180 000 rubles for legal entities and 210 000 rubles for legal entities of foreign States.
