Just yesterday, we obsujdali future changes of the market CTP, as today there was another news. Previously predpolagalosthat the new tariffs of compulsory insurance will begin to act on the last day of summer — August 31. This date was confirmed in the government. Now, however, the Central Bank announced the postponement of reforms at a later date.

While the exact date is not known, but it is known that advanced corridor base rates will start to operate in autumn and probably in the first half. The reason for the transfer is extremely simple: the Bank of Russia simply does not have time to register in the Ministry of justice regulation which describes the new rate insurance.

Russian legislators are not used to disrupt the timing: many initiatives have stalled at first due to the fact that different ministries did not have time to prepare the ground for new laws.

a "We are a little, perhaps move in terms with regulation in extension of the corridor. Wanted him in the summer to register, but technically do not have time to do it. Hope it is the beginning of autumn" — said the head of insurance market Department, securities Philip Gabunia.

The reform itself has not changed its content. The Central Bank will expand the tariff corridor in both directions: instead of the current fork 3432-4118 rubles will be set 2746-4942 rubles. The insurance company will have greater flexibility in costing, reducing the cost of the policy in the revenue regions and increasing in "toxic". The Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank Vladimir chistyukhin said the national average price will rise from 5.8 thousand to 7 thousand.

The reform is intended to balance the market of compulsory insurance: according to the Central Bank, in 2017 the insurance company lost on the CTP of 15 billion rubles. However, some experts believe that the loss is not guilty of too soft scale, and growing fraud, both by unscrupulous clients and within insurers.
