Pay the fines and live in peace
the government believes that delinquent traffic fines feel too confident. Yes, they can get the refusal to issue a new driver's license or registering a car, however, similar operations are performed not so often. Now the interior Ministry invented how to improve collection of fines defaulters cut off from the portal. Such a proposal was voiced by Deputy head of traffic police of the MIA of Russia Alexander Bykov in the framework of the round table "Administrative responsibility as part of the security on the roads. Actual problems and ways of their solution".
At first glance this sentence does not look so scary. Think disconnected from state services! However, in recent years, many are accustomed to the paperwork and records to place online.
However, Alexander Bykov suggested not to deprive offenders from all services. First of all we are talking about documents connected with the car life: the same re-issue a driver's license or vehicle registration.
Also defaulters may be deprived of access to other nederokkerzeel services. This means that in any case they will be able to issue a passport or birth certificate of the child.
While this is only one proposal, which has yet to be a discussion in the government.
