The authors of the new set of rules refer to the law "On police", which enshrined the right of citizens to film.

At the same time in the state traffic Inspectorate noted that the inspector can ask the driver to stop filming if she bothers to arrange an accident, or in the region introduced a counterterrorist operation. In the HEADLIGHTS fear that the result may be abuse of such a norm.
