Appropriate signs will be able to give all the agencies of medico-social examination. The plate will be removable. It shows an individual number and information about the disabled person. Last month, the interior Ministry discussed the possibility of increasing preferences for disabled drivers. In particular, one of the key points concerned the disabled of group III. At the same time fresh amendments by the Ministry of labour and social protection have changed the rules for obtaining the labels "disabled": if earlier it can be purchased at any automotive store and at every gas station, now they will be issued only in the institutions of medico-social examination directly to the disabled person.
