Today, these "license plates" manufacturers in sufficient quantities, there are only 11 regions, including Moscow, the Moscow region, Saint-Petersburg, Tatarstan, the Kaluga region, etc. So that the traffic police to escape from responsibilities for issuing registration plates will fail, but only to residents of the region of the relevant registration Department.

In this regard, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs was placed into the duty of making signs not only for motorists on the basis of submitted documents, but also registration divisions of traffic police, in what can contact the owners of those regions where producers of license plates is simply no. By the way, from now on, the numbers of traffic police will only be issued with the area code corresponding to the residence of the owner of the vehicle.
