On the ring road will accommodate items for quick analysis of the accident

According to the calculations of TMS, the liberation of the roadway will be reduced three times

On the Moscow ring road (MKAD) will be posted special items to eliminate the consequences of accidents. About it in conversation with "TASS" said the head of the Center for organization of traffic (TSODD) Vadim Yuriev. The new rules will start to operate within the approved Moscow mayor Sergey Sobyanin the rules of interaction between the Metropolitan police and departments of health, transport and housing in the analysis of accidents.

"In accordance with the new regulations, approved by the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin in Moscow will be a special place for analysis of the accident on the ring road in order to release the roadway from cars-participants of road accident, thereby preventing the occurrence of congestion," — said the head of TMS.

Four existing dispatch item TMS on the ring road will be retrofitted for the temporary accommodation of vehicles after an accident. There will be created indoor observation deck for movement of vehicles involved in accidents. Investigative team of the interior Ministry will receive digital cameras, appropriate measuring devices and quadcopters for inspection and fixing of road accident. This will enable shorter to transport the damaged vehicles to the points of analysis of accidents.

According to Vadim Yuriev, at this moment, the analysis of the accident with all the required measurements and outputs can take up to six hours, which significantly affects the throughput of MKAD, especially during peak hours. According to the calculations of TMS, the liberation of the roadway will be reduced threefold.

The updated control points of TMS will be 21-m, 52-m, 78-m and 105-m of km of MKAD. They will be on the inside.
