The Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation proposed to the Russian government again to impose a fine in the amount of ₽500 for exceeding speed limit by 10-20 km/h, writes "Kommersant". However, the interior Ministry was in favour of the introduction of the administrative code of such a penalty only on the territory of settlements, however, the police also proposes to repeal the benefits for prompt payment of fines for Parking violation and driving with unreadable numbers.
