The Ministry of transport offers a range of new penalties for traffic violations

The Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation proposed to the Russian government again to impose a fine in the amount of ₽500 for exceeding speed limit by 10-20 km/h, writes "Kommersant". However, the interior Ministry was in favour of the introduction of the administrative code of such a penalty only on the territory of settlements, however, the police also proposes to repeal the benefits for prompt payment of fines for Parking violation and driving with unreadable numbers.

However, different departments have their views on each of these innovations.
