Also, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation will help you to make an European accident report, even if the participants of the accident have not come to a consensus about who among them is guilty. In this case you will need to record the circumstances of the accident technical means of control and other devices. As one of such means is referred to special software, which will be available in the form of a mobile application. However, the Bank of Russia has yet to develop requirements for this program, which will be developed in cooperation with the Russian Union of motor insurers (RAMI).

Until now the European accident report could be issued only if the party is no contradiction in identifying the perpetrator.
