Plus, the teacher needs to be able to apply pedagogically-informed forms, methods, ways and receptions of the organization of practical driving instruction. Also, the instructor must know the methods the education of persons with disabilities, including wheelchair users.

President of the Interregional Association of driving schools Tatiana Shutyleva noted that the instructor should be polite and correct, otherwise it can be fired. Plus the workers will demand compliance with the norms of pedagogical ethics. And they should be able to manage your emotional state on the road.

In accordance with the new standard instructors are required to upgrade their skills once in three years.
