New amendments to the administrative code in THAT will affect both garages and drivers

Even the first reform of technical inspection of cars in our country had to remove from the road the faulty machine, increasing thereby the safety, but in the words of Viktor Chernomyrdin – like the best, but it turned out as always. In fact, the reform was reduced to a quite "legal" extortion from car owners, but the array faulty, and even just emergency vehicles on the roads has not diminished. First, the authorities hope will come to naught the practice of selling diagnostic card without passing inspection, because now operators need to be sure to confirm the passage of the car through the shipment of the corresponding video file in the cloud interior. However, in most cases the operator will only receive a few pictures, but in case of suspicion the employees of the Ministry they will be able to request from the operator directly in the video file. This means that the operator now will have to store huge (and increasing) amount of information, but to pay appropriate soft and hard, most likely, the finals will have the car owners. But this scheme would allow to remove from the market unscrupulous companies that just sell a diagnostic card without passing the inspection.

Secondly, of course the new reform and THE proposed new penalties for the operators of inspection, which violate the procedure of THAT and the drivers driving without a passed inspection. So, the service of the company for THE dummy according to the relevant amendments to the administrative code will get fined ₽100 000 to ₽300 000, and ordinary employees will pay from ₽to 5000 ₽10 000 and officials from ₽to 30 000 ₽50 000. Drivers will have to pay ₽2000 for driving without up to date about the validity of the inspection.
