It is noteworthy that now the road authorities say that the fine for no insurance policy will be each camera, which gets in the way of the offender: earlier, representatives of the RSA said that one day will be issued only one penalty. In other words, if a car with no insurance could go under ten cameras, then the owner will receive ten "letters of happiness".

However, the sources of Kommersant said that in the near future this system will not pose a great danger to the perpetrators. In November there will be only a test run one camera in Moscow.
