By the way, from October 2018, new rules of state registration of vehicles, according to which introduced a parallel circulation of the so-called "e-PTS", which will be only for new cars from 1 November 2019. Previous paper title will be perpetual. Under the new rules also stipulated that if several vehicle owners when registering on one of them, they will be able to fill personally a written statement to the police or to give future drivers a notarized consent.
In addition, under the new rules, you can put the car on account of not only the passport but also for temporary identification.
Is simplified and the procedure for approval of replacement engine in the car. In case of replacement by an identical engine to the owner(s) of vehicles will not have to go to the traffic police for registration. In turn, the traffic police inspectors will no longer check on the roads the number of the motor, as it is only specified in the passport of the vehicle, which the driver now no longer obliged to carry with them.
