A temporary ban on the amendments to the SDA only applies to the interior Ministry

In recent years, the traffic rules change very often. Many simply do not have time to keep up with the innovations. To make the life of motorist more predictable and measured the traffic police had imposed a moratorium on amendments to the rules of the road. It is reported TASS.

According to head of Research center of safety of traffic of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Dmitry Mitroshin, traffic police took a pause in the process of reforming the rules. "We have agreed and introduced in the system Department a moratorium on amendments to the SDA. No amendment we initiate will not, because of all the tortured and confused. We pause this process," said Mitroshin.

While a total ban on the change of the SDA say it is impossible: the amendments will make the interior Ministry, while the Ministry of transport or the government can give the orders for approval by the next modifications.

"Constantly changing the rules to a greater extent to the population was not reported. Some citizens during the training are asked to introduce additional examinations or course, where they will read that new introduced. It is clear that it is almost impossible to systematize, because it will require large expenses. Maybe it can be done on any information resource", — explained the head of the state traffic Inspectorate of the Russian Federation Mikhail Chernikov.

the last time the highway code was slightly redrafted 8 Dec. Participants of road accident without victims are not allowed to call the traffic police. Plus wheelchairs even are equipped with engines that are equated to pedestrians.
