MIA publishes a new order
the traffic police has decided to facilitate the lives of several categories of motorists. Now to agree on a replacement engine for identical will be much easier, and in the inspection finally begin to register new machines with the electronic passport of the vehicle (sprts designed). The corresponding order published the Ministry of internal Affairs.
the original e-mail title was planned to be operational in the summer. However, the procedure of transition to the new standard has been stretched. As so often happens, departments do not have time to negotiate with each other and prepare a regulatory framework.
For working with sprts designed a special JSC "Electronic passport" included in structure GK "rostec". The electronic version of the title will not just be duplicate information with the paper, but will also include data on insurance, inspection, possible mortgage limits and other interesting features that can come in handy when buying a car on the secondary market.
From November 1, 2019 in the Eurasian economic Union will be stopped issuing the paper title. However, this does not mean that all necessarily need to flee and change your title to e: they will continue in the course. However, fans of cutting-edge technology has allowed voluntarily to issue sprts designed.
some more drivers will be happy with a simplified registration of a new motor. Before the police could demand a contract of sale for the engine and sometimes denied registration of the vehicle. Now the engine can be replaced by similar ones without too much hassle. The owner of such a machine would not need even stop in the traffic police!
there should Not be a problem when buying/selling a vehicle. The inspector will compare the number of the unit and "pierce" him in the search. If everything is clean, the PTS will be made to mark on the new engine.
Another simplification is introduced if the car belongs to several people. This situation may occur if the vehicle was inherited by several children. Still in this case there were problems, if none of the heirs did not have any registration documents on the car.
Now all owners simply need to come to traffic police and to write a written statement of consent to register the machine on one of the heirs. Another option is making the notarized consent of the heirs on the vehicle registration for one of them, who later comes up for sale.
Before to register a car was possible only upon presentation of a passport. The new order provides an alternative — a temporary identity card, which is issued to replace a lost passport.
a New document comes into force on 6 October. It will replace the decree No. 1001 of 2008.
