But to punish the driver for the reception of such drugs, if they do not contain alcohol (and in a very generous dose), impossible. The traffic police is going to fix this mistake. Together with the Ministry of health, the Ministry plans to draw up a list of prohibited drugs for the reception which drivers will be punished.

Alexander Bykov has noticed that paragraph 2.7 of traffic rules already prohibit driving under the influence of certain medications. But the administrative code provides responsibility for the misconduct.
