Traffic police will take part in raids bailiffs
Today, 20 September, entered into force the joint order of the Ministry of justice and Ministry of interior No. 178/565 that establishes a procedure for the provision by employees of internal Affairs bodies facilitating judicial police officers-executors in the enforcement proceedings. Simply put, now the traffic police can detain cars of debtors.
Now the police and the traffic police inspectors have to participate in raids, organised by the Federal service of court bailiffs (FSSP). The joint forces of the Department will be looking for cars of debtors who have not paid debts on Executive manufactures.
the Bailiffs are obliged to send the Police to the exact location of the car. Also FSP must send copies of the decisions on the imposition of a ban on vehicle registration of the debtor in electronic form.
However, there is nothing new under the sun. As noted "Kommersant", the Agency previously acted together. New order just outlined previously existing formalities.
the Federal bailiff service reported another curious detail: for the first half of the service was deprived of the rights 306 thousand drivers due to accumulated debts.
