But Pyotr Shkumatov draws attention to the fact that buyers of new cars will not be able to leave the dealership without receiving rooms. This aspect will use the sellers in order to inflate the price of the service.

However, the Federal Antimonopoly service is already developing marginal rate for new car's registration and issuing of numbers at the dealership. At the same time, while there is no information about what kind of amount can be discussed.

At this stage the car room buys a special purpose Center in the field of safety of traffic of the Ministry of interior. It organizes tenders and distributes purchasing across regions. If you believe the official statistics, the average price of a license plate is around 400-500 rubles. In total, the Ministry of internal Affairs it spends hundreds of millions of rubles. At the same time, just for the initial registration of the government earns 4-5 billion rubles in fees (for 2 000 rubles for each machine). When registering, do the dealers, the budget will lose this source of income. At the same time, much will depend on how much for Commission this procedure will pay themselves dealerships.
