In Russia, was very unusual trend: drivers are less likely to complain about insurance. For the period from January to September 2018, the number of complaints fell by more than a third — 36 %! About it told the head of the service for protection of consumer rights and ensuring access to financial services of the Bank of Russia Mikhail Mamuta.

According to the representative of the Central Bank, two key positive changes has been the improvement of the situation on KMB (the coefficient of bonus-Malus) and the electronic insurance policy. If informed in these areas received very many complaints, they carried out research allowed to improve their work.

the President of the Russian Union of insurers (RSA) Igor Yurgens notes that the KBM average premium for insurance over the last year has decreased by 10-15 %.

According to the hotly debated recent reform of the insurance, the insurers will change the work of the MSC. So, when zadvoenie in the system (what happens when the driver entered in different policies or policy entered the other driver) will be applied to the lesser of the MSC that is beneficial to the motorist.

Also in 2018 supposedly solved the problem with the policies e-insurance. In 2017 in many cases it was impossible to issue such insurance. And although some problems still remained, they became much smaller.
